Initially installed in Dec.,2018 by local contractor along with my new furnace. When the beeping started last month, I was checking all my smoke detectors when I realized it was coming from CO monitor. After checking, I discovered the monitor has a 5 year lifetime-mine lasted over 6 & 1/2 years. It was easy & cheaper to order online directly from your company. I recycled the old monitor and installed the new monitor in the old bracket that was already in place & voila! Thank you.
What can be said about the PRO-10 CO monitor? You can't eat it. You don't take it with you when you go out. It prefers to be alone and never bothered. So, what does this monitor do? It gives you a sense of well-being and peace of mind knowing that it will shout at you if there's danger. Good customer service and a quality product. How much is your life worth?

We have been having the CO detector for the last couple of months and fir the first time, it went off and I was in a work travel and when I’m back home, realized the number was not zero. I was not sure if I should be alarmed and it was around 10 PM in the night. So, immediately I had called the number provided at the back of the equipment and left a voice mail. Within few minutes, I got a call back the gentleman Mr. Jeff explained me very well about the function of the equipment and what to look out for. Dimple to set up. Lots of peace of mind
I have been using one of your PGB-2017R-5 units in my aircraft for several years in my aircraft. Based on that experience I have ordered the PRO-10 for a neighbor as a gift for the heating season but she has not yet put it into service. When my current unit expires, I will be ordering one of the PRO-10 units to replace it.
Our HVAC contractor installed CO Experts monitors about five years ago. They gave us a couple of good warnings. Once the batteries gave out, it was a no-brainer to continue with the same units. Fast shipping, great communication. Definitely recommend.

Our previous unit lasted about 3 years before the non-replaceable battery finally died. The replacement unit is working fine.
Easy to install. Works at very low CO levels. My previous one even registered CO levels when a contractor was using a nail gun at a lower level in my house!
The three sensors I purchased all read 0 all the time so I don’t know if they’re working or not. I assume they’re working but I don’t know.
