When the beeping started last month, I was checking all my smoke detectors when I realized it was coming from CO monitor. After checking, I discovered the monitor has a 5 year lifetime-mine lasted over 6 & 1/2 years. It was easy & cheaper to order online directly from your company. I recycled the old monitor and installed the new monitor in the old bracket that was already in place & voila! Thank you.
What can be said about the PRO-10 CO monitor? You can't eat it. You don't take it with you when you go out. It prefers to be alone and never bothered. So, what does this monitor do? It gives you a sense of well-being and peace of mind knowing that it will shout at you if there's danger. Good customer service and a quality product. How much is your life worth?
So far it work advertised. I feel safer knowing it will alert at lower levels

I have been using one of your PGB-2017R-5 units in my aircraft for several years in my aircraft. Based on that experience I have ordered the PRO-10 for a neighbor as a gift for the heating season but she has not yet put it into service. When my current unit expires, I will be ordering one of the PRO-10 units to replace it.
