How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please contact us at info@coexperts.com with the reason for your return (e.g., perceived malfunction, inoperability, missing parts, etc.).

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RGA#) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or refund, your item must be:

  • In its original condition – not damaged or modified in any way
  • Returned with all original contents included
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
